Solution Overview
Targeting the electronic control platform for split air conditioners (indoor + outdoor units), the solution covers the following chain: high-power variable-frequency drive for the outdoor compressor, auxiliary power for the indoor unit, indoor/outdoor fan control, remote control interaction, and signal sampling. Integrating power devices (IPM/IGBT/SiC MOSFET/SiC diode), multiple PMICs, main MCUs, motor-drive MCUs, op-amps, gate drivers, signal transmission and optocouplers, it improves power conversion efficiency under high temperature and ensures dynamic speed regulation stability and long-term reliability of compressor and fans in hot conditions.
